Miradouro da Lua

Mirador da Lua - Luanda, Angola. Warm and sunny and cloudy midday light, the sun was right above my head. The clouds are working there as huge soft box, and eliminate the hard light on the canyon. My settings were 1/320 sec. f/9.0 ISO 250 @28mm (28.0 - 75.0 mm). I took four frames adjusted on Lr, merged as panorama in Ps. Used Niksoftware for some detail and here is the final result.

Nascer do Sol.

Sunrise 6:30 am, very cold morning and windy. It was a cloudy morning so the sun wasn't out as I was expecting, I like the color. I use the building to prevent some lens-flare, that is why the sun is so close to the building. My setting were f/11 ISO 200 200mm 3 frames (1/10,1/5, 0.4s) use photomatix and Lr5 to process.
